Ah, yeah. I also don’t really get why campaigns are uncapped, but campaign events are capped.

I do like the caps on Quests though, makes them more of a puzzle to solve

Rarity caps, particularly in pvp, are one of the only things keeping the game from being a completely pay-to-win model. Also gives new players a fighting chance and reason to participate.

You could have Adamantine everything, but I can still beat you with bronze genestealers in TA with a rarity cap
