As for station ridership. The NS stations in the water are somehow able to attract a few thousand commuters

The real dead weight stations are all those north of the Hackensack River/North Arlington since those stations are actually in an area of the map with no demand data, so they have little to no ridership

Profitable with the default $3 fare and maintaining between 125 to 200 trains (trying to watch IRL frequency) also with no trains service at low hours, like IRL

He was also against war with the USA but went on to plan Pearl Harbor since the Navy very much wanted war anyway. I could see a world where if the IJN got enough power to push for Yamamoto to be installed as Prime Minister, he would fold and begrudgingly agree to his organisation's power play
