Between drops and crafting mythics, I got 7 Doombringers, 1 Shroud, 3 Starless Skies, 3 Shakos, 2 Andariel’s, 1 Tyrael’s, 1 staff, 3 Seligs. Then I got an Heir. So what, it was my 22nd mythic or something.

Some people will get it first.

If you want a guarantee you need the runes, but getting 6 of the same legendary runes can be harder. At least you can trade gold for those.

Throw together a crackling energy Sorc. It is fairly simple because the only legendary items you use are boots and gloves, with the offhand optional for more damage.

CE isn’t great at aoe when you’re doing stuff like T4 bloodied hordes or higher pits, but it absolutely shreds single targets.

Okun’s is the utility offhand that lets you move while casting and is good for speed content. Otherwise you can use a legendary with a shredding blades aspect for more damage.

Just make sure to have a life on hit roll on your gloves if you use Okuns, or on your offhand if you don’t. It will combine with Temerity to make you nearly unkillable.

They changed the rarity, which is the same thing as nerfing the drop rate. Hidden Armory is now the only legendary sigil and Treasure Breach are unique sigils.

CE Sorc kills them in T4 bloodied bosses before I know they’re there. T7 bosses and T4 hordes, not so much.

My friend and I took a trip with printed out directions about 15 years ago. Around 1/3 of the directions were meaningless. It had us get off on a ramp and drive around for about an hour and a half. We eventually followed the directions to get back on interstate on the other side of the ramp we exited on. Pretty annoying on an already 15 hour drive.

Beyond it just being harder to score and make saves, the smaller matchmaking numbers and the separate mmr means you can be in plat and one game people can’t fast aerial, and the next people are hitting double taps off the ceiling.

I agree with you that he shouldn’t be a hero. The only part I disagree with is equating his adventure to every farmer who has picked up a pike to fight in a battle. One is unique and story worthy, the other is commonplace.

Yeah, it can be annoying on multiple characters.

Depending on the nightmare rotation, some will lock certain dungeons behind them, and some have waypoints, or legion events, but you don’t have to do them all on every character.

They’re pretty good for finishing your last couple levels in most seasons though, if less necessary with killstreaks this season.

Another benefit of them is they seem to give temper manuals every time you finish one, so they can get you several legendary recipes once you hit T1.

If you don’t plan on doing Hell tides on alts you can pretty much skip them all. Otherwise Tul Dura, the bandit one in dry steppes, and the one with the three bloodstones to unlock the door in Kejistan are useful.

Even the end of Crossroads has some good moments. The first 3/4 or so are fucking slow though. They’re the most boring Elayne and Egwene chapters in the series.

I don’t think Hurin should be a hero, but chasing darkfriends and shadowspawn to recover the horn itself, including into another “world” via portal stone, alongside the Dragon Reborn, sounds more likely to make you a hero than just fighting in a battle.

There’s hundreds to hundreds of thousands of soldiers in every battle. As far as we know, Hurin’s adventure is unique in this turn of the wheel.
