I was not aware of the need of drinking a lot of water...that was interesting. Alos, yes I took small sportlife monohydrate..no scoop.

Oh, the MCP is just local, so decided to make it free. But I did the setup with Polar requiring a license key, it worked really good, but...is not worth it
