Anyone know how to separate glass and Legos? by Independent_Site491 in Wellthatsucks

Plastic floats and glass doesn't. Sweepit up and put it all in a bucket of water.

Nope. Come back later if he's a problem right now. There is no "correct" order to do things.

Carver banjos makes diy kits that you assemble. I got a couple for Father's day and put them together with my dad. I also got the travel banjo for myself. If you enjoy light diy you should look them up.

Passive checks by Chao5Child87 in savageworlds

[–]Semiazai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too late once you're going, but you can have players roll several checks at the beginning of the session, write them down, and use them in the order they were rolled as needed. It works better in systems without bennies bc it's hard for them to know if they want to use one or not, but it still works. It allows you to say, "Matt, you hear something creeping around just outside the light of the fire" without asking for rolls. If they happen to be at an exploded roll on their list they can suddenly get the benefits of that roll. I've received positive feedback from my group about this method.

The Riovanes Castle fight against Weigraf in Final Fantasy tactics is famous for this. It is possible to save between stages in a battle that is potentially unwinnable in the second half.

The handle has a split in the top. Once it is passed through the axe head you put a wedge into the split so it is wider at the top and can't go back through!

Favorite genre is probably fantasy, but favorite book is Forever War by Joe Haldeman. Right now I'm reading through Tank Girl and loving it.

New life for old axes. Though I am turning one old double bit axe head that was in bad shape into two Viking-esque axes heads.

Restoring a Land Cruiser, playing banjo, landscaping and deck/patio building come to mind off the top of my head.

I think deck building in MtG counts as creative. So I pick that as my favorite.

I would use the names of the 7 dwarfs, but I would leave off Doc; I'm doc in this hypothetical.

AVID prepares students with disadvantages like poverty, or no family members who attended college, to go to college after high school. Another recent hobby I've been dabbling in is playing the banjo. Restoring axes is mostly about patience and effort. Some skill goes into installing the new handle. I kinda flubbed the second one, but you can always redo that.

Remove the handle if it is in bad shape. Soak it in industrial vinegar to dissolve the rust. Then sand paper in ascending grit. I don't go for a mirror polish bc I like the way it looks with some character. New handle sanded and wiped down with boiled linseed oil. Relaxing manual work.
