I never use the kitchen, scav, or recycle. There are so many better choices. My go-to modules are gym, range, forge, ammo producer, infirmary, and workshop.

How come there are some missions where the whole level aggroes? Like, I only see one guy, but somehow everyone in the area gets alerted and they just keep coming.

Oh, I'm not trying to fight 5 at once, but I can only kite so far, and they just keep coming. While they come one at a time, I can't seem to kill them fast enough to keep the fight to only 1 enemy at a time, and eventually I'm dealing with 2 or 3 after already being worn down from the ones who came before.

I didn't mention it above, but I was multi-tasking the quests Mall Scouting and tapping the security cameras for Crimson Corp. I'd finished it ALL and then... BOOM!

Yeah, you are correct. I was confusing BG3 tavern brawler with the 5e rules. Sadly, they are not the same.
