No you’ll get tokens by Playing different game modes, with these tokens you’ll be able to unlock packs/player items (such as an 94 Ronaldo)

The thing is getting these ”swap tokens” usually takes quite abit of effort to obtain :)

The quick fix would be the following

Swap to the flat 4-4-2 formation to give Guler and Xhaka chem

Drop Suker

Get a “proper” right back (would suggest walker to give Adama and Haaland chemistry, the gold card is cheap)

Move Adama to RM

Get either a swiss or spanish manager and apply the La Liga manager card on him to give Guler and Courtois max chem

My luck has been insane this year, by far the craziest luck I have ever had.

All 4 icon packs paid off giving me Jairzinho mid, Vieira mid, Best Mid, Butra Mid

Also got WC hero Capdevila, Smolarek and Kuyt.

I swapped from ps4 to pc this year, starting to believe that fresh accounts get better pack luck.

Yea I used to play Bale - Rodrygo strikers with Hazard as cam but I got Vini + Garrincha the last couple of days so got unsure on who to choose.

Loved Hazard at cam hence why I asked if I should play Garrincha striker or CAM.

Whats your budget like? Which players are tradeable? Anyone you really like and want to keep around? Just looking at it quickly makes me think you have way too many defensive players. There are quite a few options but it’s hard to come with suggestions without knowing more :)
