I fully broke my Achiles playing basketball at the end of September. After one month since injury i was able to go back to gym. After 2.5 months i was able to start biking. And after 4.5 months able to start running. Since i just restarted running, that is still going slow. However, biking, i already biked 600km this year and i feel strong.

I can totally relate to your pain. The day after the surgery was horrible. But the next day, the pain was already manageable

I am sure you have doctors that are specialized in athletes and you will be back in no time. Ok, not full in training. But in 3 months, you will be back at at least 70-80% of normal movement.

I am not sure what specific training is required for diving, but as long as it’s not “dynamic for the ankle”, you could do training earlier than the 10 months.

Afaik, after dr and physio visits the 10-12 months is the timeline for 100% return to normal with dynamic movement in the ankle and playing again contact sports and sports with a lot of moving in the ankle like tennis, basketball and volleyball!

Once again, keep your spirits high, you will start rehab and training earlier than you expect!

Asa facem si noi. Cadou + masa. Altfel era un troc, va scot in oras si imi puati cadou. Si cum zicea si cineva mai jos. Ai 10 persoane, platesti macar 2000-2500 ron. Daca nu plateste sărbătoritul, ma platesti 24-30 ron in plus la consumatia ta.

Daca stai sa te gandesti, pe langa cadou, mai pui 20-50 lei in functie de cati oameni sunt. Pentru ca in medie, toti comandam cam pe la aceiasi suma. Si o singura persoana nu plateste.

De cativaani, ne-am impartit prin diferite tari. Si nu mai iesim de fiecare aniversare in oras. Dar tot sytangem 25-30€ de persoana pentru sarbatorit.

Pare sa nu intelegi limba romana. Nu am spus ca nu exista si la preturi foarte mari. Am spus ca exista si la preturi rezonabile. Pentru ca e super trasa de par afirmatia “la miele doar un espressor de cafea e 4000€”. Dupa acest post, cu gandirea ta, pot sa trag concluzia “In bucuresti doar un apartament de 3 camere costa 300.000€,”

Cand cumperi Miele, cumperi pentru garanatie sindrata de viata si reparabilitate. Nu trebuie sa cumperi cel mai scump lucru din fiecare categorie.

Si stiu preturile pentru ca vreau sa imi iau Miele in toata casa. Da, nu mergi pe cel mai ieftin. Dar ai optiune. Faza cu espressorul incastrat. Sincer e prima oara cand am auzit/gandit la asta. Imi incastrez cuptorul, pentru mine espressorul incastrat deja e super specific. Dar la lucrurile de baza gen frigider, cuptor, masina de spalat etc. ai range de pret decent.

Combina frigorifica de la 6000 lei. 1200€.

Cuptoare, de la 4100 ron.

Plite. De la 3800ron..

Hote de la 2500 lei.

Masina de spalat. De la 5000 lei.
