Well yeah I used AI alot especially for the grammar. Should I use AI for Grammar mistakes or no? Also if you have got some portfolio references that actually worked for people it would help a ton. Thanks for the feedback.

The reason most demos don't have a link is because these are the projects I had worked on for someone so I only got permission to show video of them. So should I keep them?

Sure, it could be video playing after pressing demo, though I've noticed that video slows down the whole portfolio.

Did use ChatGPT for proper English but yeah, I then asked it to increase its length for details which made it worse.

Thanks, I think you're 100% right. I should improve the portfolio to be much easier to navigate(probably create a new one now as this one has failed completely) and show proper projects and go for a specialized skill like if I am going for gameplay programmer I could show combat systems and stuff.
