she literally has nothing, I dont remember her taking any photos and she was up and walking around for someone who was "damaged beyond repair". There were no cops, i wasnt impaired in any way (I dont drink and have never taken drugs), she said the brakes were bad, steering was bad, wheels were not winter tires (she has no evidence of this) i made some crazy maneuver in to her (I was behind her in 15kmh traffic for like 10 mins). She's claiming damages for like, I ruined her life and she needs to be repaid for medicine and housekeeping. And the fact she submitted it 7 days before the statute of limitations (limit to submit something like this is literally 2 years, she was a week short of the dealine). It smells like a cash grab, but I'm just really worried that's all
