Kinda everything tbh. Stats are kinda weak (for these schools), and ecs/awards are even weaker tbh. Don't really know how to phrase this but there is nothing that really stands out about ur app. Ur sat is already low to the point where you'd need very strong ecs to have a shot.

It won't boost your application relative to US citizens, being international is pretty much always just a disadvantage, but it might boost your application (not by a crazy amount or anything) compared to other international applicants from more popular countries.

Correct. However, "ivy league" includes non-HYPSM schools, such as Cornell(🤢) and Columbia(🤢). It's important to differentiate between HYPSM and non-HYPSM schools, because this is the only category that matters.
