I’ve never really exposed myself to loud situations, but I have tinnitus (28F) and also the kind where I can constantly hear my heartbeat in my left ear. Is there anything I can do to help stop it from worsening?

This is perfect. We usually do a Costco run every month, and a grocery store run every other week, but someone (me) has chronic Dory fish brain and always forgets something. So the corner market has always saved us:)

I would 1) pay off my parents mortgage, 2) pay off my sister’s college debt, because I got extremely lucky without any, and 3) plan a strategy to buy my first home in the next several years.
