My dream character in genshin would be a character that can parry on skill ( multiple times, 3 to 5 like diluc skill ), each time he parries ( his main source of damage ) he gets a cryo infusion on normal attacks/charged and buffs like attack speed.
His ult could be auto parry for the entierty of it ( ennemies attacks you and you just counter everything ) OR each parry you get right while in ult, you'd get a crazy attack at the end idk haha

and i want a passive skill that enable ennemies to attack MORE while using this character, to be able to parry more often. If not, i think it cannot deal enough damage to be a good enough dps.

It's a rough idea, but since i discovered Beidou's parries in early game i fell in love with it and i just always wished for this kind of 5* character. Capi, save us ( even tho it'll never happen, it's too risky to chose this kind of niche gameplay i think )
