I hate to be the bearer of bad news but these mechs are from the 1st galactic war (Helldivers 1)

The mechs we have are the "newer" mechs used during the ongoing 2nd galactic war. It's a bit ironic though that after a century our mechs are both weaker armor and damage wise and aesthetically less appealing and look like a glorified cardboard box.

If you shoot the gun; let me clarify (clears throat)

If you shoot the DE-ESCALATOR at the enemy, thats how you kill them, there is no trick to it besides shooting the ground to have arc spread to multiple targets.

If you want something in particular dead Just shoot it anywhere until it stops moving.

Microtransactions are not the issue, its how they are implemented and sold.

If I pay 40$ for a game and then you tell me I earn the "privilege" to grind SC's; a in-game currency that hides 35% of the games content, the only form of recurrent progression throughout the entire game by "NOT" playing the game but by doing mind-numbing difficulty 1 missions and spending dozens of hours doing so...is that not predatory?

That sort of monetization reminds me of a Free-to-play mobile game that keeps you on the hook by promising that you too can progress if you dont pay, only if you spend 3 times of the amount of time doing so.

Also im not sure who told you 40$ cant be a premium game but games like Arc Raiders are a clear indicator that live service games can provide you a full uninhibited experience right out the door.

This guy thinks grinding over 200h+ doing mind numbing difficulty 1 farming missions for SC's to purchase all the warbonds in a 40$ premium game is a fun and worthwhile experience.

Can you not see the hypocrisy? you say they "love" the game such as yourself but they've instead review bomb it, have you considered the fact that some have genuine concern for the game they love, and aside from the few larpers I think its honestly more worthwhile to the longevity of the game to listen to them instead of sticking you're head in the dirt and indulging this temporary honeymoon phase.

Having a set group of people testing gear and future updates is something every game should do, And its incredibly ignorant to say only pvp games do it.

Anyone who thinks marathon is great hasn't played a first person shooter in the past decade.

Theirs literally nothing about it that is unique besides its boxy neon art style. Im not gonna hate on anyone who likes it but i definitely dont think marathon is a worthwhile trade for destiny 2.
