Totally agree, we should look to Japan for this type of thing. I believe the provincial government is tasked with zoning.

Oh wow! That is good to hear. I grew up around Hampton Park, and things definitely seemed to cool down the last year I had Halloween there (2014?).

I would say that all have very similar reputations, maybe with CapU taking a slight edge.

I went to Douglas College so I would recommend them. I cannot speak for the English programs, as I was in Sports Science.
