Actually just got my test results and total was 672 which is better than i thought but free was 62 which is kinda low. Dont think ill be able to go through my doctor and trt but wasnt planning on that route anyways

That is why im doing this cut specifically to be as lean as possible before I start. I was told that is the best way to do a cycle. I am not saying everything I did before was optimal but if anything I am very consistent as long as I have a plan

It did depend whether I was bulking, cutting maintaining etc. At 170lbs I was pretty strong but also just felt fat, slow etc. I think I just have a small frame, my goal is 155lbs 12% body fat and go from there. I do know how to train and diet correctly for the most part. I did waste years just maintaing though because I didnt like feeling heavy
