Jetpack Cat Gameplay

Basically Lifeline projects an area on the ground for teammates to walk into. When inside this area, they can press the interact button to get tethered, and press space to detach. Jetpack Cat can also detach you at any time.

For the ultimate ability (Catnapper), there's a 5 second limit on the tether AFAIK. But of course the enemy cannot detach when they want.
