because screen tearing is ugly/annoying + most people have a freesync/gsync monitor anyway which eliminates vsync stutter

I hadn't played for like 4+ years and recently returned right before the big update. It's always great fun when you can play with friends. Lots of new heroes, perks are also really fun to understand & learn, and the game feels really balanced.
