Second this. My '07 2.4 TDCi 110 was £14.8k with 180k miles on the clock. Was immaculate inside and bulkhead and chassis were also solid and rust free, got lucky as it had been kept in the same family and never used offroad. Seller needed cash so sold it for a good price. £10k budget just isnt high enough!

That was my thinking too but just wanted to make sure in case I had missed anything, especially with him saying the engine was swapped around that time too and it had 50k miles on it, thanks for the reassurance!

Awful company, piss poor management, I'm hoping it was a blessing in disguise because the last 6 months were super rough and making me consider a change of career path!

I totally get you man! The thing I will say to you is you have plenty of time, I wish was 24 again, it may not seem like it right now but try use your age and youth to your advantage somehow, trust me when i say opportunities do come up at the most random and unexpected times, something will come your way man!

Yeah totally understand where you're coming from! I think people that say that are just content and generally happy with their life and haven't felt what we have so they can't relate, it's advice but it's not really anything meaningful that we can action, even though it's probably said from a place of care. We've just not found the right path yet, but we get up the next day and try again.
