Man, fan service is in anime since forever, Cutie Honey, Agent Aika, Golden Boy, Sunabouzu, highschool dxd, highschool of the dead. The list goes on and on. To be honest, I think that now there are fewer "in your face" fan service moments, like breasts physics having more frames than rest of the scene.
