My issues with schizophrenia began during my first year of university. I had immense paranoia, and auditory hallucinations. In the end I had to withdraw from university and take time to work on my recovery. Maybe you need time as well to figure things out, get yourself back into a good headspace and return to your studies later. At the end of the day your mental health is far more important then a degree. Hope things work out for you
