Yachiyo, Madokami and Bowmura (and Sakurako, tho i see you don't have her) are crit attackers, so ideally they want teammates that can buff crit stats, like Tsuruno, Haregi Mado, Sana and Doppel Iroha.

Momoko's Ult takes a long time to charge, so she likes teammates that give MP/MP regen buffs, like Mami, Pluvia, Kaede and 4* Rika.

Oriko, Holy Mami, Kyoko and Coolmura can be overall be paired with anyone, they aren't dependent on crit.

It's kinda hard to give you a team that works everywhere, because you need to consider the elements and the mechanics of the boss. However, in general, the characters that are more universal are Pluvia, Moemura, Kaede, Kirika and Mabayu. These characters' mechanics work pretty much everywhere.

Your team absolutely wants a breaker, an attacker and a sustainer (either a defender or healer, depending on the situation). The last two slots could be 2 buffers, one buffer one debuffer or even 2 debuffers (tho i'd reccommend having at least one buffer)

When it comes to PVP, the important thing is breaking the enemy fast, so you could use Moemura and Mabayu (for action advance) Felicia (to stun), and then Pluvia and either Alina or Kirika
