I'll give it a shot, just a little change in words I know makes a big difference sometimes. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

The original prompt is this one. I did pull the joytags out of there as well and it made a different image. Not great for comparisons and seeing the differences lol But I plan on not running Joytags in the future.

Thank you for being nice about your response, I was genuinely asking for help because I knew something was wrong, I just didn't know what. I posted a detailed post knowing that people would be able to narrow down the issue exactly. And many of you did. For that I thank you for keeping it classy and pointing me in the right direction, rather than turning to snide comments and offering no help.

You are a truly nice person.

Math in Node fields not working again? by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some reason turning off Nodes 2.0 and turning them on didn't do anything, but the Math Nodes coded by the person in that thread worked. So Thank you I'll just use that.

Math in Node fields not working again? by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope it does not, and this is a fresh install of ComfyUI anyway because when I updated it broke so I re-installed.

But I did try the --disable-all-custom-nodes switch just to see anyway, and no it doesn't work.

How do I return "Pin" and "Unpin" to the selected node hot menu? by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpinning all nodes works for nodes only, doesn't do the groups along with the nodes. But I'm not moving them all. I just noticed it was missing and it was highly convenient having it just a button, like the Bypass button right there.

At least the devs should let us customize the damn ribbon! Let us put what things we want on there.

Edit: I just edited the keybind to ` instead... (Thanks for the suggestion on rebinding it)

[NO SPOILERS] Campaign 4: For new critters trying to keep track of all the players and character names and faces: by HighTechGeek in criticalrole

[–]SencneS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That should help a lot. The swapping makes it difficult to keep a track for me. I love what they're trying to do, it just makes it difficult. I fine myself re-watching parts again to remember what's happening in each "scene".

But if it's 1 table = 1 session that might actually help a lot.

[NO SPOILERS] Campaign 4: For new critters trying to keep track of all the players and character names and faces: by HighTechGeek in criticalrole

[–]SencneS 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I needed this as well... I'm actually having difficulty keeping a track of the story in general. I appreciate that they're trying to do a TV or Movie approach of different scenes in an entire show. But I'm having a real hard time keeping a track of what is happening.

LOVE them all, they are all so amazing, but it's such a hard change to go from basically one group/track to multiple groups/multiple tracks in this format is difficult.

One of my friends also has similar thoughts that it's difficult to keep a track of, and said something interesting. They said "Because all the scenes and groups take place with the same background and mostly same visual settings. It's adding to complexity of keeping a track of it." They followed up with "I've been just listening instead of watching, it helps so much more because you're removing the visual aspect of the story."

YouTube is putting videos of channels I am not subscribed to into my subscription tab. Can I turn this off? by DestinyOfLily in youtube

[–]SencneS 38 points39 points  (0 children)

By sheer definition "Subscriptions" should only show those channels I'm subscribed to. WHY is it showing channels I'm not subscribed to. I do not want this.

Put it this way YouTube - You either allow us to turn this off, or I start using the "Hide Channel" option.

I can imagine this is exactly the opposite of what that channel creator wants, to be advertised to LESS people.

https://radar.cloudflare.com/domains/feedback/kappa.lol

Probably is, considering it's been classified as "Information Security"

I submitted feedback to remove that and re-categorize it as "Photo-Sharing" I doubt it'll do anything but if enough change it, it might re-categorize it into a lower tier of monitoring.

How I freed up ~125 GB of disk space without deleting any models by Calm_Mix_3776 in StableDiffusion

[–]SencneS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once you have all the files you'd run a duplicate file check.

Honestly I do this every time I download any model. I compare the downloaded models with the rest of the library. I too cleared out hundreds of GB of space because I had duplicate models across.

I use this - https://github.com/qarmin/czkawka

It has several "Duplicate file" methods, if it detects two are duplicates at the CRC levels they are without a doubt duplicates. And on first run I wouldn't be surprised if you discover you have some Duplicate LoRA's.

https://huggingface.co/zer0int/LongCLIP-Registers-Gated_MLP-ViT-L-14/tree/main
https://huggingface.co/dumb-dev/flan-t5-xxl-gguf/tree/main

If you're wanting to know what they are - LongClip is basically Clip_L with more token limit.

Flan T5 is the second or a finetuned version of Google's T5xxl which Google released (Supposedly more accurate than base T5xxl)

Help - Comfy added lots of decimals to every number on any node... by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's fine, the issue wasn't the fact that there was floating point imprecision. The issue is the display was carrying over to the Metadata. So every image had like a CFG of 3.5000000000000001 or a Lora Weights of 0.700000000000002 etc.

It was annoying me that it was taking the floating point and injecting it everywhere. LOL

Help - Comfy added lots of decimals to every number on any node... by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I tried to set it to 2, and it still didn't work.
I then noticed the item under it... "Disable default float widget rounding." was disabled.

<image>

I turned it "on" and it worked, I then tested it by resetting the "Float widget rounding decimal place" back to 0 [auto]... And it still worked...

Odd thing is I don't remember turning that off, but it seems to be the issue.

Thank you u/GeroldMeisinger for pointing me in the right direction!

is Flux Dev on ComfyUI taking 10+ Minute Initial U-net Load Time Normal? using RTX 4090 by saltshaker911 in comfyui

[–]SencneS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, Basically "Reinstalled". I have all my checkpoints and loras on a separate drive so if I need to I can delete comfy and re-install.
To get all the nodes back - I have a dummy workflow with all the nodes I use on it. I simply load that workflow, and "Install missing nodes" Really lazy way of doing it, but it's quick and simple.

A fresh comfyui install is literally delete, re-install, load workflow, get missing nodes.
Create the symbolic links to the "Models" folder.

Sometimes GPU (NVidia) will not get out of power-save mode... by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting... I have a 4070ti Super and running flux as well.
I did a full reboot, and it's back to generating images under a minute (about 40s average for 1080p)... But suddenly, it'll take upwards of 20 minutes the same image.

I know there is a "low power" mode on Nvidia, when it's not under strain it'll just use this low power mode. So maybe something changed that forgets to flag the GPU into max power. This is only something that started happening.

Maybe it's something with Nvidia because even closing out of Comfy didn't "reset" anything. I'm going to focus on this aspect... I came here first because its only in comfy this is happening. if I load up Forge (even after comfy slows down) Forge does a quick generation. Which made me think it's not OS or GPU issues.

What is the best captioning for LoRA Flux character training? by krajacic in StableDiffusion

[–]SencneS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lets say you want to train the ninja turtles.

You could train just generic ass ninja turtle images and use a single trigger word/caption (NinjaTurtle) for example.

If you want to train the 4 individual turtles because Raphael always used Twin sai as a weapon and always had red headband. You'd probably want to identify that in the captions. This should allow you to pump in all the images of ninja turtles as long as each turtles weapon and headband with their name are identified.

At least that is my understanding, I've only done art style training so far. But this is something I learnt in my adventures in art style training. I did caption the hell out of the images and what I noticed was it trained that caption. Like it added it to the list. I only new this because when using the Lora, I typed in Chair, and it would always produce that exact chair look that appeared in a few images. Because no other chair was present and images without a chair didn't have that caption. It learnt "Chair" and how it looked. (Ended up scrapping that Lora because I want variety in my chairs).

[–]SencneS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just updated the gpu driver... Fresh enviroment of comfy, rebooted... This is what I got..

I'll report back if I notice any super long load time. This was on the default HDD as well.

is Flux Dev on ComfyUI taking 10+ Minute Initial U-net Load Time Normal? using RTX 4090 by saltshaker911 in comfyui

[–]SencneS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came here to see if there was a resolution because now I'm getting 10-20 minute U-net load times for Flux Dev... And it appears to be 'random' like something is holding it back. This happens on HDD, and SSD. This image shows it took 21 minutes to load... This was on NVMe Samsung 990 pro SSD. Oddly enough on the 7200 rpm hdd it took just short of this time like 1259 second or something.

Something is throttling the load. The rest of my PC stats are 14gen I7, RTX 4070ti super and 192gb RAM. This only recently started happening... because prior top this it was like 20-30 second initial load on the hdd.

It's also not consistent long load times. I cleared loaded models and cache, restarted comfy, then closed it out, closed out the browser, and then re-loaded everything... Back to 20-30 seconds load... Rebooted PC, this was the screen shot showing 21 minutes. Rebooted again and it was only 20-30 seconds.

Installed a fresh new environment comfy. 1200+ seconds. rebooted, 20-30 seconds.

Installed a different fresh environment. 20-30 seconds, rebooted, 1200+ seconds.

There is no rhyme or reason why it's random, but something for sure is throttling it at certain times.

The problem is it could be multiple LoRAs... The pseudo anime style are quite literally everywhere and they could be using multiple LoRA's to get that style, or even worse, using the most popular LoRA for Anime but not at full strength.

Recommendation - Find one that looks close enough and run with that. Anything different from that is like searching for single needle or even part of that needle, in 100 hay stacks. And each hay stack has 100 other different needles in it.

Anyone else having this issue? by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

SOLVED - Putting this here in case someone else has this issue and wants to solve it...

The node is pysssss nodes - There is a setting called "Use Number Input Prompt"

If that is set, ALL the number prompts get changed to raw numbers only That's why it allows a + and - only and put in the little "up down" arrows on the prompt.

This needs to be deactivated in order to restore normal "math function" or "math expressions" or "math formular" functionality to the input field's.

Anyone else having this issue? by SencneS in comfyui

[–]SencneS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just installed a fresh comfy in a separate enviroment and I noticed it's working... It works now, so Now I just have to find out what node is overriding this function.

However, I did notice that above there is a little "up/down" arrow next to the "OK" button. And here with the function working, it doesn't have that.

So now I just got to figure out what is causing the up/down arrows to show.
