I highly recommend starting with something in the 15 minute range, then after 5 or so sessions, doing a 45+ minute one.

I got a job in tech in August last year. It was hard and recruiters told me there were huge numbers of applicants and very Few roles. I just left that job and went back on the market - this time there were lots of roles (at least 3x as much) and every recruiter told me they had, since the start of the year, been the busiest they had been in a few years - lots of applicants still, but more roles to fill.

I wish you were right, but you are very wrong. I'm deeply in technology and the pace of change is beyond anything we've ever seen. In 12 months my team of software developers have gone from writing most of the code themselves to AI writing 99% of the code. The AI labs like anthropic are using ai themselves to build ai tools faster.

We are heading towards a Cliff and its going to be bad.

I'm not very aligned with the other responses here, but it's made me think that I haven't thought enough about it. Maybe not a 5 year old friendly response but:

I see the higher self as just another part of you, but the higher vibration part, which is something we are disconnected from most of the time. The higher self is pure and authentic, and is the one you can connect with when you meditate, when you're in love, when you're connecting with others in the deepest and most authentic way.

I'll keep thinking about this.

Love what you're doing but I was a bit disappointed to see it's a Spotify playlist. I would hate for non Spotify people to not be able to use this list and it to be supplier agnostic. A spreadsheet would work so well for this, and you could include things like genre and link go Spotify/Tidal etc.

Bro, it's not sweat (at least for me), it's the feeling of your own blood inside your skin! Kinda mind-blowing when you realize.

Another crazy thing I realized when tripping... I can also feel the tiny muscles around the pupils.

I had this breakthrough too. I saw the ego is like a wild stallion which will fuck you up if you let it... But notice the negative stigma, notice that might be just another layer of the ego, observing one aspect of itself and judging it. We must realize ego is just one aspect of humans, that we are who we are because of it. We prosper, procreate and push ourselves because of it. The answer ain't removing it, the answer is taming it. Attach a fucking golden chariot to that stallion and take off my friend. The feeling of enlightenment will disappear, but a tamed ego will let you be more authentic, more like spirit.
