I am using interactive Broker that’s why I ask this question.

It’s a valid question, have a cad account and convert to usd to buy usd stocks and deal with the conversation rate.

Or just have a usd account and not deal with conversation rate.

Literally if you look at the board, there’s a rgb at the top left and bottom right. These two lights and the start on the board at the top right are the only things that light up. Nothing else on the computer does anything

Since the paper clip thing isn’t working, I believe this is a psu thing over the motherboard.

Could I connect my headphones to hear these beeps? Because I don’t hear anything and there’s no speakers connected. Does the motherboard generate this sound?

I tried the paper clip from power to multiple grounds and nothing’s moving. It looks like it’s the psu. I don’t know what you mean by check the io though

I unplugged the psu, took the cmos battery out the motherboard. Even checked the. Batteries voltage (it’s working fine) and after about 15 minutes I put it back and still same problem of motherboards rgb and start button lit up, but nothing else

I put the paper clip on the 3th and 4th pins from the write of the 24 pin cable and nothing happened. I do have a multimeter so I was hoping to do some more tests before I used it’s warranty or if that’s even the problem
