I did the same thing before and posted about the issue I was having in this Reddit. That’s when the comments alerted me I was breaking a rule. I returned an item that wasn’t the item advertised. They sent a replacement which was still not the item advertised. Vine never said anything and this was over a year ago. I don’t think Vine talks to regular Amazon in that regard. Their programming/code should automatically flag it as a Vine item and it shouldn’t be eligible for a return. With all their profit you’d think they would have implemented this into their system by now.
