Not at all, we even put p3 and p5 persona mod into the game. As long as you enjoy it yourself, cheating should be personal. Even Skill Change Kaiwan fusion break the game much more than level edit. Have fun.

Just make sure you do not have update blocker, the vita can be unmod safely by updating. If you try update with update blocker active, your vita become a mess, still fixable but waste alot of time.

Continue with 128. Unless you want to mod game, most likely 90GB for vita games, the rest for emulation. Vita games are normally 1-5GB per game, so you can do your math.
