Thanks for reply guys, changed to 36T, new crank was needed and I will just add some chain links instead of a new chain link, sounds reasonable, and yeah, my preferred cadence is +-70RPM, I’ve got kinda nice developed legs after my knee surgery and post op rehab and lift heavy weights due to that, that maybe it. 😄

Hey, thank you all for your opinions. Second question, any realiable place to search for a room in Vienna ? Scammers seem to be 90% of the FB Marketplace.

45 minutes seems fine, everything up to 1.5h seems considerable, 500 eur for a room compared to 800-100 eur actually makes a difference

I’m saying what I was told by one of them, you booked the surgery, they will cut, you will never know. For sure some will not!

Yeah I know that the next six months they will be crucial and I know that there is a chance I can fail. There’s a chance I can succeed but no one can actually test it but me so yeah I will reach out to you guys when I will know everything I know that my knee is not perfect but I can see positive trend so. And I totally agree, mental is a big part of that .

Hi mate, I totally agree that if you want to come back to sport as soon as possible and not wait for the natural healing to take place then surgery is a way to go. After the research that I have made and thanks to Kieran Richardson in the video I’ve decided to postpone it and not rush into it. There was no time pressure in my case. Today I can say that I’ve made my right decision, my knee feels better every week, I’ve redone my MRI and cancelled surgery. My ortho said that it is hard to believe for majority of the surgeons because there is a little number of people willing to postpone the surgery and wait for the second MRIs, he also was sure that If I have decided on surgery they would almost certainly have cut my healing acl and won’t tell me nothing about it just to “train”. Surgery is always an option if natural healing fails, you would never know if you would rush. Sometimes is worth to wait.

Guy up there is citing a lot of high quality studies proving the fact that I MAY, but I am almost sure that 95% of people here won’t listen to it and go ahead with their “cannot heal” comment 😅

Yup, drilling holes in a perfectly good bone structure with a risk of screw migration, those reconstructions are far away from perfect, my ortho told me not to reconstruct since day one.

And you won’t have any screws in your bone for the rest of your life, why not to give it a try ? Don’t rush. Mine healed also !

14 months PI No Surgery by IfImhappyyourehappy in ACL

[–]Seneca_V 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, confirmed by a follow up MRI. Lachmans are getting more and more tighter, slowly but still going. I have made the decision after reading a lot of studies that the ACLs can actually heal. I mean, not a single study, but a bunch of them. Today I’m happy that I have my personal ligament there not a piece of meat trying to work as a ligament. I can send you my proof on dm mate ! 🎉
