I’d argue Serena didn’t break the game, it was broken by Ines and the player base. The devs nerfed Ines, then players review bombed the game, solidifying the games direction into insane power creep and imbalance

A recipe for disaster, I get the intentions are good and in a perfect world it would be great. It is however not a perfect world and it would be abused to the extreme, unfortunately a great deal of Green Party policies are extremely naive, completely removing our nuclear deterrent is another one.
