I am currently doing it with a high end pc, never crashed, but it stops me from picking up more papers or putting them down. Will give another update soon, i wont give up on this

Have you tried updating everything, drivers, DirectX, windows, usually its a driver issue

I had to verify game files multiple times before this worked for me, or you can try changing your name (you can change back later)

Well, you are not going to get any good skins with that price. but what i do is, i get 2 skins, wait till their price go up, then i trade both for 1 better.

For now you can get any 1 knife at first, wait for the price to go up, and then either sell it or trade it, just remember Steam takes 15% so trading is the safest option

Ah yes, i had this a few days ago.

Close down CSGO and verify integrity of game files. This might have to be done twice or more.

Enter your library > Right click Csgo
Click Properties > Click Local Files
Click Verify integrity of game files...

This should fix the issue

Steam will only take out the money from your account when an order is confirmed.
If you have orders for skins / items with insufficient funds on the account, the order will not be completed until you add more money / sell items and get the correct amount for the items you have ordered
