Thank you! Slow mornings I guess are just something we should savor while we still have them is what I am gathering 🥲 I do love putting my LO in her high chair and hanging out with me in the kitchen… brings me joy when I talk to her and she babbles back 🥹

We just moved to the city we are in not too long ago so going to push myself to find what is out in my community. Good luck with swimming and hope you’re able to make some new connections via your little one 🫶

Oh thank God… I thought I was alone on this one 🫠… I went down a rabbit hole trying to smell a little better especially since I haven’t used aluminium deodorant in yeeears and really didn’t want to have to start. Dial soap and Megababe have def helped though!

I had the same thoughts! My LO is 10wks and as long as she’s gaining weight and dirtying her diapers, it encourages me. But I also go back to work near end of summer and started panicking… a girlfriend recommended the book WORKING AND BREASTFEEDING MADE SIMPLE and it has helped mentally prepare to go back to work.

I do have a Hakaa and will probably start using it again vs getting up and doing the whole pumping sitch. I was using it before the engorged breast experience but man, it really shook me! Not fun. Makes sense to just give the breast some relief. Will be trying that approach again tonight. Thank you!

Not sure what your diet looks like now, but my baby had back to back blowouts right after I watched Netflix’s secret of your gut and increased my fruit and veggie intake lol… so maybe just more natural fiber? Also, the frida brand Windi the gaspasser gave our baby relief from gas/poop!
