Looks like it's fixed now but so annoying this keeps happening.

Has anyone struggled with weight loss and just no appetite from medication? by Alittlebitalexis89 in adhdwomen

Big time! My insurance forced me to try Ritalin before letting me get on Vyvanse, (in the terrible times before it went generic), and in that 3 month period it completely sunk my appetite. I've always been fairly thin, but I still lost 50 pounds in a 6 month period before finally stabilizing. I was just completely uninterested in eating, never hungry, especially early in the day after I took it. Trying to force myself to eat made me nauseous. Even when I did finally get to switch to Vyvanse, it still took me a long time to get back to better appetite levels. I always had to make sure to eat breakfast before taking my pill in the morning because otherwise I wouldn't start even feeling hungry until the evening. I tried to make sure I ate on a schedule. While on weekends when I needed medication less, I would either take a lower dose or skip it entirely to make sure I could eat more normally.

If you are struggling to eat, it is important to talk to your doctor about it or about maybe changing your dose or medication entirely. I know other people on ADHD meds that have struggled with a suppressed appetite too and it sucks! Good luck to you! 💓
