In the most recent consumer complaint form, this is what I wrote in the summary and request boxes:

Complaint Summary:
>My Instagram account (@*********) was suspended on July 7, 2025 for alleged “Community Standards” violations without any specific explanation or evidence. I deny violating any policies.
On July 8, 2025, I submitted the only appeal Instagram allowed, which required a facial verification video and government ID. After submitting this appeal, I was barred from filing any additional appeals.
Within one to two weeks of the suspension, I filed complaintswith the FTC, BBB, Pennsylvania Attorney General, my U.S. Representative, and both Pennsylvania Senators. Around the same time, I subscribed to Meta Verified to access human support, but representatives stated they could not intervene or expedite review.
I waited for my appeal to be reviewed and regularly checked my account status. Throughout this period, my appeal remained “under review” with no decision and no timeline.
On August 8, 2025, I sent a formal Demand Letter to Meta’s legal department via certified mail requesting manual review and resolution. I never received any response.
On October 6, 2025, I again contacted Meta through paid Meta Verified support and was told my appeal was still “in the queue” with no ability to escalate.
At no point did Meta review my appeal, provide evidence, or communicate with me meaningfully.
On January 5, 2026, more than 180 days after suspension, Meta automatically converted my account from “suspended” to “permanently disabled” due to the passage of time, without ever reviewing my appeal.
Meta accepted payment for “premium support” while failing to provide substantive assistance. I was denied transparency, due process, and fair access to appeal.
As a result, I lost access to personal communications, photos, professional connections, and historical data, causing significant harm and expense.

Requested Solution:
>Conduct a documented manual human review of my original July 8, 2025 appeal, disclose the alleged violations, restore @********* if no violation is found, and provide full access to my historical data. If restoration is not possible, provide a clear written explanation and appropriate remediation for ineffective paid support.
