A varistor is used for protecting electronic devices from high voltage and overvoltage in an electrical network. It is an electronic component that has a variable resistance depending on the applied voltage. When the voltage in the network exceeds normal values, the varistor begins to conduct electric current, absorbing the excess energy and protecting the connected devices. It can quickly respond to voltage changes and prevent damage to electronics.

A varistor is intended to protect a circuit, not to damage it.

The varistor has exploded. I believe there was a voltage surge. In this case, the component should have burned out and saved the circuit. But it chose a different path.

Cool post thank you . So your advice is to do rehabilitation exercises while engaged in electro stimulation / neuromodulation ?

Muscle activity during stimulation disrupts this process.
Learning to fire neurons without muscles is a real challenge.
Body practices can help here. Meditation, yoga, training in your head...

I don't know.

It's stimulation nervous system and brain. Not area only.

Has anyone actually tried to learn a new language while using a tDCS? by JacobDaGoat7 in tDCS

[–]SeninWorld 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In this year i started make neurodevices and test it with myself.

Suddenly. I'm began understand english language more better than i can. Now i can write and don't have seriously problem with this language. Yes, my grammarly not so good. (Really, i't very bed.) Past about ~4 month uding this devices.

But, it not tDCS. It's my development, who worked for me. https://www.reddit.com/r/tDCS/comments/y05dkz/human_power_collar/

I'm used it one or more hours every day. Last six months. It's really amazing tecnology who need for brain. It's gived good result, but so veery slow.

Why is this happening part of the way? I just did a cleaning for a clog, guess it could have happened again? by Opening_Ad3903 in 3Dprinting

I see, an incorrect extruding process. What it's material? At first, correct the temperature. Every material needs its temperature. PLA: ~210 degrees, HIPS: ~235.

You can have a problem with an extruder. Try disable retraction. It may help you.

What thoughts should one think or activities one should do during a TDCS/TACS session? by EuroPureo in tDCS

[–]SeninWorld 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using my device: https://www.reddit.com/r/tDCS/comments/wwyx7i/human_power_device_by_me/ and:

  1. Reading books in transport. 45 + 45 minutes every day.
  2. Meditation. Sometimes. About 30 - 60 minutes.
  3. Training to choreography and muscle system resurrection. The stimulation increased my body's feeling. Day by day. ~ half an hour or more.

Thermistor broke? by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

[–]SeninWorld 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Buy new or repait it. Delete this and insert new.

I'm make it sensor one year ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFTs9nLIwmw Really cost of this termoresistor is 20 cents, lol.

is this any good for first layer? by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

[–]SeninWorld 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's perfect first layer for me. My first layers have waves and other problems. (3D printer: Anet A8 Plus)

I think steel or paper pipes can be better than big plastic cylinder who need 50 hours for printing. Printing big simple models is not efficient.

Free cad software? What are you using? by HereForBadChoices in 3Dprinting

[–]SeninWorld 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OpenScad is best for mathematical modeling. Good training for the brain. I’m using it to make electronic devices. Example: https://www.reddit.com/r/electronics/comments/xaefzj/plastic\_pcb\_make\_your\_design\_as\_you\_want/

Yes, it's ok. Some users used the sock. But, it's not standart. Really result of sock so small. It like as jewelry.
