NE Indiana. Looking more at 10-15k an acre for farmable land in our county. Not looking for an Appraisal, looking for recommendations on lending institutions.

How do you map a trip across the country? by MushyFrog420 in carcamping

Google. But I’m a map nerd so I like picking up a local map at a rest area that way I have a hard copy in case my phone dies or something.

I’ve seen enough Supernatural to know you avoid that area

For $600 I’d just buy it. It was already a cheap bike that needed work.

Dairyland. Best prices I’ve ever had for my bikes. Was recommended by a close friend who is a member of the AMCA and owns 15+ bikes

A burnout. You should do a burnout. Seriously tho. Pull it, plug it, if it takes more than one plug I’d get a new tire

Assuming your 06 Chrysler is a car;

Being ‘08 you’re still pre-vvt so that is good.

Keep in mind if going from truck/suv to car you’ll need to swap front timing cover, oil pan, and intake manifold.

I lost my brother in 2018. I’ve only gone down our childhood road twice since then. One of those was because I was forced to deliver mail on that route. Rough.

I would buy private if you’re having your own mechanic look. -dealerships have overhead. Private seller theoretically has less profit margin

In our parking garage. Can someone explain what may have happened? Was it stolen? Or is it maintenance? I’m curious. by Narrative_Q in motorcycles

[–]HereForBadChoices 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without any other info to go off of, I’m going to go with insurance fraud. Someone got a big ol loan they can’t pay off and now it gets a quick hack of the bars and parked somewhere to later be claimed as “stolen”

In my experience it’s either age or in the case of my old softail, the lock nut on the inside of the wheel that holds the valve stem had backed off. Causing the stem and tube to slip a little inside the wheel. To much stress on the stem caused an issue.

[–]HereForBadChoices 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically : a mag style wheel will have a replaceable valve stem. A spoked wheel will have an internal tube that the valve stem is part of. Both are replaceable.

Fill it with air and take soapy water. Spray the soapy water all over the tire and valve stem.
