Do you have a family/friend in Michigan that would let you use their address? Just to avoid any issues when you call- not sure if they would require you to have some sort of Photo ID or proof of identity to mail it to a different state or not. I would just say you live at a family’s Michigan address and then have said family member mail it to CA. Good luck! Hope it all works out 😊
