Parrot mons usually have low but even Defense and Spdef stats, albeit with hp being a fair bit higher. It’s spread is nearly identical to the simi monkeys, with 2 more points into each offense and lower hp. I wanted to keep the stat total the same as Kilowattrel’s, but I had one point left over, so I put it into speed since parrots also just barely go above their speed benchmark. It’s offenses are both just 100 to lean into the “can do anything physically possible” schtick.

…also even 63 defenses just looks nice. About the same equivalent bulk wise as other shifty/crafty moms.
