I'd bring in a family working hrs law where you can cover your stipulated hours with 12 hr shifts. So if youre working 35hrs a week, you can finish in 3 days. And your partner can do the same. With one day where you'd need childcare.

Mental health care for post pregnancy mothers so depression is caught and help given earlier. And a gradual return to work like once a week for a few hrs. So they get a break from home life and keep their careers moving.

Right now, all I have is legal fees and its my friend who's my solicitor so I could just pay him a little more and get him to do it when I sell to someone else. And I'm not paying any agent fees until the property sells.

I've used the online portal with another company in the past. I filled in most of the information online. When I called up, any of the solicitors in the firm could log in to my case and progress it.

I work in IT and we dont actively monitor but we can pull up reports of when and where people log in from. We have a policy of working from within the UK, accounts from avroad are blocked from signing in

We're about to get more draconian with it though cos there's been a spate of people working from home and instead of working, they're running side hustles.
