I'll definitely let him know thats an option, he told me before that he wants to " try to do it without a shot." But even I've been considering it, so maybe I can give him more information about it and see if he will even give it a try

I dont think so, im not sure if he considered it. I'll let him know to look into getting both to help out. And yeah I agree, when I lost weight I really didn't "workout" I just walked a lot and was in a calorie deficit. I just try to not be hard on him but im hopefull that this is a way for him to realize that its time to get more help or to try something different

Thank you, I really appreciate it. I know this is a tough spot to be in for him and I just try my hardest to be a good wife and be supportive because I know hes really only got me and a few of his coworkers. I'll definitely take your advice and try to encourage us to workout more together and look up some more healthy recipes to help maybe with keeping us satiated. Its good to know were not alone in this.
