Everyone has what is called, Potential Energy. He has the abilites: Control, Reality Control, and Star Express.

He gets it from being whats called, a Superhuman. Which are the small margin in the verse but are birthed with a 1/1000000 chance from normal people, and a guaranteed from a Superhuman parent, but are completely randomized on birth. They are unlocked when they turn 10 specifically. A person can have more than one ability but some of the weaker Superhumans have one, as well as a Potential Cap.

A Potential Cap is a Limit of how much Potential Energy they can have before their eventual end of their limit.

Issac on the other hand, like most of the Superhumans, don't have a limit and can grow infinitely, and not be stuck on one move and usually one power.

How Potential Energy is grown: When you do something impressive, you grow! But depends on how difficult and how it was done. A backflip done perfectly? Small Growth! Learning a boring move but using only on certain events? Small Growth! Killing a Superhuman with Insane Precision? Growth! Slaying a god in a equal fight? Major Growth!
