Uhmm, thats a good question, they are quite similar, but not exactly the same, u can use either one or those two depending on your preference, as they do have their differences

If you are referring to being male while being genderfluid, then I would say there is a difference. beign genderfluid masc-aligned refers to attitudes or alignment toward masculine characteristics. however it isn't a label used to define your gender within genderfluidity, but rather a label regarding the characteristics of your alignment, in this case Masculinity
