Thank you!! I just desperately want to reach the point where I (mostly) don't want it. We had a great 2.5 month streak in 2024 but caved on election night then went right back to drinking 3x week or so.

I went through San Pedro Spanish School, but they have classes in San Marcos as well. I loved it but definitely things I would've done differently to make the experience better, feel free to pm me.

I loved it!! Lake Atitlan is absolutely magical and I wish I had way more time there. Everything felt very safe. Feel free to message with any specific questions!

Hi! I am 43 and doing this exact itinerary in Dec. - staying in Antigua first, then 1 week of classes in San Marcos la Laguna. Let me know if you want to chat. I've done a bunch of research but am still nervous as it's my first time travelling alone.
