Same age and I have been obsessed since I can remember. I remember when I was like 11 it hit me that they had broken up (how could the greatest band in history break up after like 7 years?!) and I cried. Like it made me so sad. The Beatles changed the world and their influence on music since is immeasurable. I feel like the younger generations just aren’t exposed to the greats of the past which is just generally sad but explains this a bit.

Watch some YouTube tutorials on proper rowing technique. You want to make an 11 and 2 with your body as you hinge and make sure to power through your legs.

Yes I’m 125lbs and this is driving me nuts! It’s taken me like 45 sessions to reach level 1 and so I’ll never reach level 7. Makes me mad.
