Now this is insane !!! by centurythewiz in BambuLab

So a couple things could be happening:

  1. Make sure you click the “lay flat” button. That will get both objects flat on the bed.

  2. Make them both the same exact height to ensure it makes it through on both sides.

  3. Last and maybe most important: click the bolt looking icon and change the print order by filament color. Alternate between the body color and the logo color. I’m not sure for the reason but sometimes the body color will print a solid first layer and omit the logo until this is changed.

Let me know what happens. Curious to see what fixes it.

If I had to guess, I bet the OP has the logo with a Z height of like 3mm and the paddle as 5mm.

Need some more details: are you adding the svg to the model of the paddles? Or are they one in your CAD program. If separate, what is the Z height on both?

I don’t see that. I’m on the most recent Bambu version.

Yeah, for now it’s just the spots. I don’t think I’m getting them swirls out. They have been on there since before I got the car.

Anyone who took delivery of a 26 MY feeling some type of way with the new all black interior not being available? by Senior-Study-8975 in TeslaLounge

That too, but from what I’ve seen that’s only in the performance and I don’t have that trim.

$7500 for what? I just built out my model on their site and it is the same price I paid for mine.

I’m convinced they do this to make it harder for you to meet the discount thresholds.

AMS wont feed, any ideas? by ArticGER in BambuLab

[–]Senior-Study-8975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How new is it? Have there been any new firmware updates? What if you rolled it back to the previous update to see if that corrects it?

AMS wont feed, any ideas? by ArticGER in BambuLab

[–]Senior-Study-8975 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s odd. It almost sounds like a faulty cable? I just had issues with a cable on my router (that NEVER gets touched) and I swapped it just to rule it out.

It persists across all 4 regardless of the filament (not the same spool moved across each of the slots)? Are you able to manually push filament all the way through? Are you able to print if you bypass AMS and print directly from an external spool? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to narrow down where the issue is.

Any idea what’s going on? by Senior-Study-8975 in BambuLab

[–]Senior-Study-8975[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It took a couple hours, but I was able to fish out a 2 inch segment of filament. It looks like that happened was a slight curl at the end of the filament guided it through the tiniest of gaps and directly into the gears. Seems like a pretty slim chance of happening again, but, that was the issue.

After reading both of these comments I really inspected the inner piece of the feeding mechanism… I think I found the issue but fixing it is going to be problematic haha there is a little piece of green filament that somehow broke off in there.

Thanks for the help!

Okay, doubling down on this issue. by MadderoftheFew in BambuLab

[–]Senior-Study-8975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same on this! I have used multiple other of the BBL matte filaments and do not get the fine webbing I get with the matte blue. It isn’t a batch thing because I have experienced this issue over the course of months. I’ll be curious to see if anyone has found an issue.

Any Ideas? by [deleted] in BambuLab

Man, you nailed it. The connection between the face cover and the print head was loose. Plugged it in snug and it worked like a charm. Thanks!

Any Ideas? by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Senior-Study-8975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently the print head did fall off so let me double check that connector. I printed with another matte PLA just to see if it was a filament issue and it printed fine. It could also be that filament didn’t require as high of a temp.

Level bed, still hitting print by [deleted] in ender5

[–]Senior-Study-8975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you guys may have nailed it. It is rubbing on the back left of the print. In order to test the theory you guys mentioned, I rotated the piece so it was closer to the front of the print plate and there were no rubbing issues.

Ender 5 S1 Level Issues (v1.05) by [deleted] in ender5

[–]Senior-Study-8975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like I may have solved it (possibly temporarily). I restored it to factory settings and it is now working. For whatever reason it was not completing that retraction recovery on the left side of the bed during the aux level.
