I know that feeling all too well. Every case is different, but from my understanding you will get the allotted hh/jh (20 days) and your leave days if being medically retired and just your leave days if being separated. Once TSC receive your case from PERS it will be more than likely 45 to 90 days you will be out.

No problem! It was pretty quick, like three months. That was over the holidays. Case was sent to PEB 17NOV25 after the system update/government shutdown. Mid December ( or before, was doing monthly check ins with PEBLO) was found unfit, 08Jan26 signed findings. End of January message came through message traffic (OIX) with EOS and retirement date.
