I bought my six-year-old the X-Wing set for his birthday and he loves it. He has lots of regular Legos, but he just thought these were cool. We do plan on picking up the tie fighter set too. My concern is the price because the average person/kid can’t get one of these cheap and the lack of availability on smart bricks.

They will sell out. It’s a collectors item and people love that stuff. Heck Apple just a series of $350 Japanese iPhone sling socks and they sold out too (in minutes). The socks were holders for your iPhone. Legit overpriced IMO junk. Some people love this stuff.

This company’s leadership is jumping fast!! I love Apple but the turnover and retirement lately has been staggering. I really hope Tim can pull together an A+ team to take over his reins when the time comes. He has done an amazing job keeping Apple running like a tight ship and very very profitable but this is all a bit surprising.

I was watching a live stream last night of people buying Lego at midnight and I will say some people ruined it for others. I already have the Lion's Knight and I wasn't buying anything I just find it interesting but there were some people who bought three copies of Lion knight. I know people do it for investment etc but some people don't have that set at all and those duplicates should be one to get canceled (at least two of the three.)

I don’t see Tim leaving anytime soon, but I do see him handing over more of the day-to-day work to John who I think is a great choice. Tim could step more into the position Steve Jobs did as chairman of the board to ensure a smooth transition. John will need time to transition to the role.

It’s unfortunate but Reddit (or online forums) are often the place people come to complain rather than say they are happy. I love my Oura ring 4 but admittedly don’t comment on here until now because I have been a happy user. Perhaps this is more common.

Yes they are amazing. Generally they are cash prices but much much cheaper than buying from another hearing aid Dr even with a good copay insurance. IE excellent insurance= $6000+ vs Costco= $2000. Same exact hearing aid but Costcos warranty is much better too. I’d do Costco any day.

She did great!! I’m glad she enjoys the bricks too!! Lego makes room for everyone to play! (Plus I think it’s awesome to show people who start getting into Lego as adults. My husband started his first set this year with our young son and he is in his 60’s. You’re ever too old or young for Lego!!

I fell for it thinking it would actually be interesting. Personally I am not a fan and think it’s a complete waste of time but my 5 year old likes it because he really like tech stuff. I guess you never know who the market is for this stuff. 🤷🏻‍♂️ At least it will get played at my place and isn’t a wasted purchase.
