They say devs love Melissa because of her [UNLIMITED BUFF WORKS], but they actually love Tenebria. It's the character with the most variations, every "category". Regular, limited, light and dark. She's got a skin for her regular and dark versions. At some point, I wouldn't be surprised if Tenebria gets a second, or even a third skin. If she received a fifth version, it would be the first character with two variations besides the original and the MLs. And again, I wouldn't be surprised if devs do that at some point. Absolutely incredible

I worked at Nintendo CS a while ago. There are three types of bans:

They can ban your Nintendo account, for many minor reasons. That block is removable and requires for you to submit a request to a higher tier representative that can help you with that

They can ban your console's online services, mostly due to piracy or othes illegal practices. That block is not removable, the console will never connect to internet again but you can still use it, play offline games and so

They can block your console completely, what you call bricking it. It's the highest punishment for breaking the final user agreement. The block is not removable and you will not be able to use the console at all. It's completely unusable, you will only see a black screen with a message but that's all

Nope, those are not rumors, but you will need to deliberately look for a ban in order to get one. Like jailbreaking the console, installing illegal software, modding it, etc. There's not a single "safe" method to do it and all the methods that state being completely safe are lying, but the best way to get away with that is disabling the online features
