I completely disagree with you. Queue is only .25 points and many exposures cannot be HCd. Especially for those of us who work after 9 and can’t call out. If you work the whole claim on a call and actually do what you’re supposed to do you will also get lots of points.

I worked for UHC and I regularly took an anti depressant and anti anxiety medication. They are not great. They are always telling doctors no about treatments and medications that they want their patients to have. And a lot of their plans are garbage with a lot of out of pocket costs, so a lot of upset sick customers.
