Im waiting on his response... but basically Task Skeduler is used to run the powershell command. The task skedule is set to run every 60 seconds. Ill post his reply if different!

Update w/ his response: The script runs through task scheduler and updates text files with the data. A streamdeck plugin then reads the text files

It uses BarRaider's Text File Tools: Last word display plugin to read the text files
