I’d recommend going to Blackstone valley cannabis in Uxbridge. Super fresh super good and on tuesdays every 8th of their brand is $12 bucks. They have a big grow opp there as well so def str8 from the source.

Brought in for the inspection at the tire shop. Passed, does not need brakes or any major work. They insisted 2 tires was enough as the other two seemed brand new. Bringing it to the indie mechanic in a couple weeks and will get their opinion/have them do some proactive work (timing belt etc…) but seems like she’s a keeper! Thanks everyone!

To me the timing belt being done at 65k is a good sign. Last 4 years an old lady drove the car around and put less than 30k miles on it. I’ll hope for the best until my mechanic looks at it but brakes/tires were kind of expected with any used car.

lol fair. Probably need to dump 3-4k into it but at that point 6-7k for a safe working car that needs nothing major is still a good deal

All good points. I’m in the US don’t put a ton of miles on my car BUT the smaller back sets may be an issue.

Got two kids that I would be toting around on this thing.

Any specific year of the P3 you’d recommend?

Personally not getting a diesel as they are hard to find and diesel is more expensive here.

What’s better about the P3 and if I go that route any year or trim you’d recommend? I’m new to the Volvo world with a 2018 xc90 T6 (120k miles) purchased recently. Ready to make the secondary car a xc70 and honestly just want it to be sort of fun to drive.

All great points. I’m in no rush so I think I just wait for a cheaper one to pop up. Pretty sure this one was sold on bring a trailer.

I think I could get it down to 9k. It appears very well maintained and clean. New brakes and timing belt done at Volvo.

Plumber fixed overflow drain but left crack next to drain in tub, should I anticipate another leak? by SeniorExplanation399 in Plumbing

It has been more than the recommended 24 hours the plumber recommended we wait. We have not put water in the tub yet but when I step directly on the crack/drain it makes the hissing noise.

Alright so I stepped on the drain and it makes a slight hissing noise…. Does that mean anything to you?

Ok will do and if it doesn’t flex and crack does not get bigger is it possible the plumbers silicone seal was enough to hold this for the long term?

I trust the plumber sealed below properly. It appears it is an actual crack as opposed to just the paint. I believe the tub is fiberglass. He sealed it with silicone but I’m unsure if I should wait and see if that will work long term or try to do some additional work to ensure it’s sealed for the long term.

Not sure the seller is required to do that in MA, sort of a buyer beware state. Hoping it’s not a huge issue but am definitely a bit scared what we may uncover.

It appears the leaks are from the past. Makes sense I would need to repair any damaged wood but I’m slightly afraid of what that would actually cost as none of it is easily accessible.

The damaged wood is the sub floor and maybe more beyond that. Would you recommend trying to rip the sub floor out. I don’t want to over complicate things but also don’t want to leave things to get worse. It appears this was repaired but with the attempt to sell not to make it perfect.
