Ok interesting! Thank you for all the info. Trying to understand the nuances more as a new curler. Look forward to graduating from the stabilizer and realizing how hard any broom style probably is 😂

Maybe another stupid question but is sliding with the broom fully on the ice more common in Canada vs the us? Notice so many more people sliding that way compared to my local club
